This idea got stuck in my head when I drew Toph the last time, It’s damn hard to position her hair so as to get her visible expression and such working to your advantage.

My opinion is effectively Sokka’s in this comic.

Real happy with the context of this piece, I mean with all the ‘shipping’ and such going on it’s good to remember that they’re just kids, simple as that. Sometimes they have crushes, they can be embarrassed and unsure, but it’s all harmless stuff. I love how younger groups effectively default to a family unit, of one type or another, it’s actually rather cute on a subtle level.

Well hope you like it. Not sure if I will continue this sized comic panel style, these things take a lot of work, when I could probably split it up into smaller submissions. If you do enjoy it in any way, please +fav or comment, it’s encouraging and makes the extra work worth it.
