It’s Wash and Zoe from the great Sci-fi series Firefly. Love these two, such a great dynamic, She’s the hard ass warrior and he’s the goofball pilot.
This is meant to be a photo of them on holiday, they always wanted to get away in the series.

Zoe: What do you want?
Wash: I just wanted to introduce you to the mighty ruler of the pool, my good friend Poky here.
Zoe ??? What? I’m trying to read here Wash. You do remember that I can make you unconscious with just my little finger.
Wash: Indeed my warrior Queen. That Is why I thought it best to get you two acquainted, so there are no hostilities when I throw you into the pool.
Zoe: … Really… This I have to see.
Wash: No army moves?
Zoe No army moves
Wash: Get her!
He he he, love these two, both are such wonderful characters, which is why I disliked the movie Serenity… or at least one scene in it… Damn you Joss Whedon!

Was fun to try and draw real people as fan-art for one. Think it came out ok.

nononononononononononononononono NO!!! ladies and gentelman Hoban Washburne did not die he was found nearly dead by alliance troops (when they searched serenity) but then saved and interrogated by them until the crew of serenity saved them THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED!
